Accessing Notebook 1 of the Foundations Module
Note: We have made a slight update to the path for accessing the notebooks since this video was created. Now, when you open the Notebooks folder you will find folders with an assortment of state names. We have created separate versions of each notebook using publicly available data from each team's state.
To access the notebook, please open up the folder for your state of choice, right-click on the home.html file, and click on “Open with Chrome”. If there is another state you would like to review the materials for, please let us know, and we'll be happy to generate it. If you have any issues opening the notebooks, please reach out to Jess at jess.phillips@coleridgeinitiative.org.
Introduction to DBeaver: Connecting to Redshift
Note: The “second password” mentioned in this video is the Redshift access password which can be set after you complete your three data stewardship tasks and activate your account. This password is the one you will use to connect to the class data on the Redshift database. You can set (or reset) this password using the ADRF Management Portal, available from the main Okta dashboard. Instructions for setting this password are available here.
